AI providers process this information solely for the purpose of generating responses or providing requested AI functionality.
Payment Providers
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
Payment card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by Manywise.
Hosting, Infrastructure and Storage
To operate the Services, personal data may be processed through our hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure providers.

Uploaded Files

At the time of publication, uploaded files are retained for approximately:

* Pro: up to 7 days
* Ultra: up to 21 days
After expiration, files are scheduled for automatic deletion from storage systems.
Associated metadata may remain where required for security, auditing, billing, or technical integrity.
Audio Data
Audio submitted for speech-to-text processing is transmitted only for the purpose of generating a transcription.
Unless otherwise required for technical reasons or applicable law, Manywise does not permanently store uploaded audio recordings after transcription has been completed.
Subscription and Billing Information
Subscription and billing information is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and thereafter for the period required under applicable accounting, tax, and financial reporting laws.
Certain billing records may therefore remain stored even after account deletion.
Usage Information
Technical logs, usage metrics, diagnostics, and operational information are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
