File retention and expired attachments

Uploaded chat files have a plan-based expiration date. The current pricing page shows the retention period for each paid plan.

An expired attachment can remain referenced in the conversation while the underlying file is no longer available for a new model request.

Upload the source file again if you need Manywise to inspect it after its retention period has ended.
